Disputes on work done under contracts and variation orders
Claims for extension of time and liquidated damages
Drafting and negotiating tender documents, letter of award and formal contracts (bespoke or standard form contracts)
between consultants, employers, contractors and suppliers
Rendering legal advise on project management issues, either on an ad-hoc or retainer basis
Cooperating and coordinating with third-party consultants in rendering delay analysis reports and expert advice in specific areas
Experience in Arbitration (PAM/AIAC), Adjudication under CIPAA 2012 and Civil Court Proceedings.
